Cheesy Pecan Pie

Ingredients

- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/4 cups pecans, whole
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth; pour into unbaked pie shell and top with 1 1/4 cup whole pecans.
- 2 in another bowl, prepare the topping ingredients; add the eggs and beat; add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix all ingredients well and slowly pour over pecan and cheese filling.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 45-50 minute until done.
