Cheesy Pecan Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans, whole
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth; pour into unbaked pie shell and top with 1 1/4 cup whole pecans.
  • 2 in another bowl, prepare the topping ingredients; add the eggs and beat; add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix all ingredients well and slowly pour over pecan and cheese filling.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 45-50 minute until done.
