Chicken Salsa Fajitas

Total Time: 6 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 6 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (12 ounce) package of soft tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 marinate the chicken breasts in the soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, ginger, and garlic for at least 6 hours (overnight is preferred).
  • 2 grill the chicken until done.
  • 3 cut the chicken into strips.
  • 4 lay the strips into fajitas and top with salsa.
  • 5 roll up and serve.
  • 6 homemade salsa can be used instead of store-bought.
  • 7 we top the fajitas with sour cream and cheese also.
