Cottage Cheese Walnut Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 130 g cottage cheese
  • 90 g walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 10 g fresh parsley
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 20 g grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 roughly chop basil, parsley and walnuts.
  • 2 combine cheese and yogurt.
  • 3 then add margarine, garlic and walnuts in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
  • 4 stir in basil, parsley and pepper.
  • 5 eat :).
