Ingredients

- 130 g cottage cheese
- 90 g walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 10 g fresh parsley
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 roughly chop basil, parsley and walnuts.
- 2 combine cheese and yogurt.
- 3 then add margarine, garlic and walnuts in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
- 4 stir in basil, parsley and pepper.
- 5 eat :).
