Dairy Blintzes Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine, melted
• 1 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 pint cottage cheese
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 beat each mixture in a bowl.
• 2 pour half of top mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.
• 3 spoon bottom mixture on and top with remaining batter from top.
• 4 bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
• 5 serve with fruit.
