Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons currant jelly or 2 tablespoons fruit jelly, of your choice
Recipe
- 1 mash cream cheese with fork and beat until smooth.
- 2 slowly beat in remaining ingredients.
- 3 chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
