- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, mash cottage cheese till almost smooth.
- 2 add eggs, beat lightly.
- 3 add flour, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
- 4 drop by scant 1/4 cup onto lightly greased hot griddle or skillet.
- 5 when bubbles appear on top, turn and brown lightly on other side.
