Chocolate Amaretto Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9" unbaked pie shell
• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup amaretto
• 1 cup sliced almonds

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, chocolate and salt until well blended.
• 3 gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
• 4 add eggs and mix well.
• 5 stir in amaretto and almonds.
• 6 pour into pie shell.
• 7 bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
• 8 allow to cool.
• 9 you can serve warm or chilled.
• 10 store in refrigerator.
