Cream Cheese Icing (mrs. Echard Icing)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 ounces cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 mix cream cheese and sugar well with mixer.
  • 2 add vanilla and cool whip; mix well.
  • 3 must be refrigerated, except when serving.
  • 4 ices 1 triple layer cake or 2 other cakes.
  • 5 when using on layers just ice top of layers and let icing ooze over sides.
