Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  • 2 add sugar and vanilla and blend well.
  • 3 fold in nuts.
  • 4 spread on cooled cake.
  • 5 should be enough to spread between layers if a 2 layer cake is made.
