Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- milk (optional, if icing is too thick)
Recipe
- 1 combine cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
- 2 beat in sugar. beat until sugar has dissolved. if icing is too thick, add up to two tablespoonfuls of milk to thin.
