Cottage Cheese-stuffed Celery

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 4 celery ribs, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • paprika, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, scallion, horseradish, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. mix thoroughly. spoon into the celery pieces. sprinkle with paprika.
