Company Breakfast Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cover the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with frozen hash browns.
  • 2 cover hash browns with sausage.
  • 3 sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • 4 stir together the remaining ingredients.
  • 5 pour this mixture over everything.
  • 6 refrigerate overnight.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees f for 30 minutes.
  • 8 let stand for 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
