Ingredients

- 1 can yellow hominy or 1 can hominy
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup green pepper (can use all green)
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese, off 2 lb loaf,chopped
Recipe
- 1 drain can of hominy.
- 2 add all ingredients.
- 3 cook over med heat until cheese is melted and peppers or tender.
- 4 season with salt and pepper to taste.
