Cheddar-beer Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup beer
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 small gherkins
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 place 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup beer into blender container.
- 2 cover and blend on high for 8 seconds.
- 3 add 1/4 cup beer, cheddar cheese and garlic.
- 4 cover and blend for 20 seconds more or until smooth.
- 5 add gerkins and poppy seeds.
- 6 cover and blend for 2 seconds more only.
- 7 place in sealed container.
- 8 store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
