Cheddar-beer Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 12 small gherkins
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed

Recipe

  • 1 place 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup beer into blender container.
  • 2 cover and blend on high for 8 seconds.
  • 3 add 1/4 cup beer, cheddar cheese and garlic.
  • 4 cover and blend for 20 seconds more or until smooth.
  • 5 add gerkins and poppy seeds.
  • 6 cover and blend for 2 seconds more only.
  • 7 place in sealed container.
  • 8 store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
