Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb frozen artichoke heart, thawed
  • 12 ounces parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces romano cheese
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
