Cheesy Smoked Paprika Crackers

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened or 5 ounces unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons spanish smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • smoked salt or sea salt, for sprinkling on top

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, toss butter, parmesan, cheddar, flour, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper with fingers until combined.
