- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 whole egg
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place the sliced zucchini into a large bowl.
- 2 combine the remaining ingredients and toss well.
- 3 pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 35-40 minutes.
