Crab Puffs

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded crabmeat
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 minced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, mix together crab, cheese, onion, mustard, worcestershire, salt and pepper. set aside.
- 2 in a saucepan, heat butter and water to a boil. remove from heat.
- 3 add flour and beat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into a ball.
- 4 add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated.
- 5 carefully fold in crab-cheese mixture.
- 6 drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- 7 bake at 400f for 20-25 minutes or until golden. serve hot.
- 8 if frozen, thaw and reheat at 325 for 10 minutes.
