Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine yogurt, cheese and oil. mix well.
- 2 stir in basil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- 3 chill.
- 4 alternatively-put every thing in the blender and let 'er rip.
