Ingredients

- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 8 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 ounces crabmeat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 3 lightly grease 4 to 6 oven proof ramekins.
- 4 divide mixture between ramekins.
- 5 bake until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
