Cottage Cheese-banana Breakfast Delite

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small cinnamon raisin bagel or 1 small english muffins or 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 packet sugar substitute
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 toast bagel, english muffin, or bread.
  • 2 top with sliced banana.
  • 3 spread cottage cheese evenly over top.
  • 4 sprinkle sugar substitute and cinnamon over top.
  • 5 enjoy!
