- 1 small cinnamon raisin bagel or 1 small english muffins or 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 packet sugar substitute
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 toast bagel, english muffin, or bread.
- 2 top with sliced banana.
- 3 spread cottage cheese evenly over top.
- 4 sprinkle sugar substitute and cinnamon over top.
