Chicken Salad With Feta

Ingredients

- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 large celery, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped (or use 1/3 cup chopped red onion, or to taste)
- 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 teaspoons dried dill
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- seasoned salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste, or use salt)
Recipe
- 1 in a large glass bowl combine the chicken, celery, red bell pepper and onions.
- 2 in another bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder and dried dill; mix well to combine, then mix in crumbled feta cheese.
- 3 add the dressing to the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
- 4 season with seasoned salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5 cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours (longer is even better).
