Artichoke Chili Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 drain artichoke hearts and chop.
  • 2 drain chilies and chop.
  • 3 add the rest of the ingrediants and place in a small baking dish.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
  • 5 can be made ahead of time.
