Artichoke Chile Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichokes, chopped (not marinated)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped black olives
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except the cheddar cheese together and put in a 9 inch pie plate.
  • 2 top with grated cheddar cheese.
  • 3 bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 4 serve with tortilla chips or sliced bread like baguettes.
