Artichoke Chile Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichokes, chopped (not marinated)
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except the cheddar cheese together and put in a 9 inch pie plate.
- 2 top with grated cheddar cheese.
- 3 bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips or sliced bread like baguettes.
