7 Layer Skinny Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 (8 ounce) can fat free refried black beans
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 spread the refried beans over the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, chili powder and cumin.
  • 3 spread this mixture over the beans.
  • 4 then sprinkle on the cheddar, scallions, olives, tomatoes and avocados.
  • 5 chill until served.
