Delicious Party Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 (2 lb) package of diced frozen hash browns
• 1 lb sour cream
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 3/4 cup butter
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 thaw potatoes overnight in refrigerator.
• 2 preheat oven to 350.
• 3 melt butter.
• 4 add soup, cheese, and sour cream to butter.
• 5 mix well.
• 6 add potatoes, salt and pepper.
• 7 mix well.
• 8 spray 9x13 glass pan with non stick cooking spray.
• 9 add potatoe mixture.
• 10 cook uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes.
