Ingredients

- 1 cup arugula (not packed) or 1 cup baby spinach leaves (not packed)
- 4 slices deli peppered turkey breast
- 4 slices havarti cheese (or rustico with black peppercorns cheese)
Recipe
- 1 lay 1/4 cup baby spinach or arugula on each slice of turkey.
- 2 top each with a piece of cheese. roll up and cut in half before serving.
