- 5 lbs frozen corn
- 16 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 5/8 cup butter
- 1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a large crock pot.
- 2 cook on high for two hours.
- 3 cook another two hours on low.
- 4 stir occasionally until all ingredients are well mixed.
