Creamy Corn Casserole...mmmmmmmm

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 pour in to 9x9 glass pan or a casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
- 4 bake 30 minutes covered with foil.
- 5 turn oven to 425 and bake another 30 minutes uncovered until top os golden brown.
