Creamy Corn Casserole...mmmmmmmm

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
• 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
• 1 egg
• 1 cup fat free sour cream
• 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat over to 350.
• 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
• 3 pour in to 9x9 glass pan or a casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
• 4 bake 30 minutes covered with foil.
• 5 turn oven to 425 and bake another 30 minutes uncovered until top os golden brown.
