Cranberry Bliss Bars

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup land o lakes light butter
  • 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quaker oats
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 cups nestle's chocolate chips
  • 1 cup ocean spray craisins
  • 1 (8 ounce) package philadelphia light cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups eagle brand fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • 3 beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  • 4 gradually beat in flour, oats, and orange peel until crumbly.
  • 5 stir in chocolate morsels and cranberries and stir well.
  • 6 set aside 2 cups of this mixture.
  • 7 press remaining mixture into the greased pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 8 beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • 9 add the condensed milk.
  • 10 after 15 minutes, remove the baking pan and pour the cream cheese mixture over the hot crust.
  • 11 sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
  • 12 bake for another 25 minutes.
  • 13 remove and cool on a wire rack.
