- 2 cups vegan chili
- 2 (2 ounce) bags corn chips (fritos)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 in small saucepan, heat chili until hot and bubbly.
- 2 cut one chip bag open and spoon half of the chili on top of the chips. scatter cheese over top and sprinkle with onions. repeat with remaining ingredients.
