Classic Quiche

Ingredients

- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups carnation 2% evaporated milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 place pie shell on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes; let cool.
- 3 cook bacon until crisp.
- 4 combine bacon, cheese, flour and salt in bowl; spread evenly over pie shell.
- 5 stir together eggs and evaporated milk in another bowl.
- 6 pour over cheese mixture.
- 7 bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
- 8 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
