Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, lightly packed
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 -2 garlic clove, peeled
Recipe
- 1 in food proocessor or blender, combine basil, cheese, oil, pine nuts and garlic.
- 2 whirl until pureed.
- 3 if made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day. bring to room temperature before use.
