- 60 ml margarine
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 2 ml salt
- 2 ml pepper
- 1 -2 ml nutmeg
- 250 ml parmesan cheese
- 10 ml chopped parsley (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in the cream.
- 2 bring almost to the point of boiling and whisk in seasonings and cheese.
- 3 pour over drained fettucine, cooked.
