Classic Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 60 ml margarine
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 2 ml salt
  • 2 ml pepper
  • 1 -2 ml nutmeg
  • 250 ml parmesan cheese
  • 10 ml chopped parsley (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in the cream.
  • 2 bring almost to the point of boiling and whisk in seasonings and cheese.
  • 3 pour over drained fettucine, cooked.
