Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (18 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 ounce) container red raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 (15 ounce) container chocolate frosting
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 325º f.
  • 2 beat cake mix (dry) and margarine in large bowl on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. beat cream cheese, yogurt and frosting in same bowl on medium speed until smooth. beat in eggs until blended. pour over crust; sprinkle with crumbly mixture.
  • 3 bake about 45 minutes or until center is set; cool completely.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • 5 cut into 2-inch squares; serve with pie filling.
  • 6 cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.
