Chile Relleno Casserole Favorite

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb cheddar cheese
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese
• 2 (8 ounce) cans of diced chilies (anaheim variety)
• 3 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup bisquick

Recipe

• 1 combine milk, eggs, and bisquick in a bowl.
• 2 layer in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish/pan the items in the following order once only.
• 3 cheddar cheese, 1 can of chilis, jack cheese, 1 can of chilis, egg mixture.
• 4 bake 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
