Chicken F/philly Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 hoagie rolls
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a skillet.
- 2 add the onions and peppers.
- 3 cook until just soft.
- 4 add the chicken to the pan and heat.
- 5 top with the peppers and onions.
- 6 add the cheese slices and melt.
- 7 place on the buns.
- 8 serve warm.
