Chicken F/philly Sandwich

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 hoagie rolls

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a skillet.
  • 2 add the onions and peppers.
  • 3 cook until just soft.
  • 4 add the chicken to the pan and heat.
  • 5 top with the peppers and onions.
  • 6 add the cheese slices and melt.
  • 7 place on the buns.
  • 8 serve warm.
