Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, marinaded (i use garlic lime marinade)
- 1 lb noodles (i like penne)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 basil leaves, chopped (optional)
- 4 cups parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Recipe
- 1 bake marinaded chicken in oven. usually about 35-45 minutes.
- 2 boil noodles.
- 3 melt butter on top of stove in sauce pan. once melted added the 4 cloves of minced garlic. sautee for about 2 minutes. add in heavy cream.
- 4 wait for the cream to come up to a boil; stir in 4 cups or 4 handfuls of the parmigiano cheese. take off heat and add in basil. give quick stir.
- 5 cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
- 6 stir chicken into the sauce and then pour noodles over sauce mixture.
- 7 garnish with more cheese and basil.
