Cheesy Spam Puff

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 5 slices bread, torn into small pieces
• 1 1/4 cups milk or 1 1/4 cups half-and-half cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 (12 ounce) can spam, cubed
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese

Recipe

• 1 set oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 grease a 12" x 8" baking pan.
• 3 in a large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, mustard, garlic powder and paprika.
• 4 with electric mixer, beat at medium speed 1 minute, or until smooth.
• 5 stir in spam, 1 cup cheddar cheese and chopped onion.
• 6 pour into prepared baking dish; bake 25 minutes.
• 7 remove from oven, top with remaining cheese, and monterey jack cheese.
• 8 bake for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
• 9 let stand for 10 minutes befrore serving.
