Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups water (or broth)
- 1 cup salsa (more or less to your taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to your taste)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook rice according to your preference. (i use a rice steamer.).
- 2 when rice is done, quickly add salsa, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. mix well.
- 3 additional cheese may be sprinkled on top.
- 4 serve.
