Cheesy Salsa Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups water (or broth)
  • 1 cup salsa (more or less to your taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to your taste)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice according to your preference. (i use a rice steamer.).
  • 2 when rice is done, quickly add salsa, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. mix well.
  • 3 additional cheese may be sprinkled on top.
  • 4 serve.
