- 3 cups broccoli florets, fresh
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1/2 lb cheese, cubes or 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 place broccoli and broth in medium saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3 stir in rice, cover.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 let stand 5 minutes.
- 6 stir in cheese, cover.
- 7 let stand 5 minutes.
- 8 stir until cheese is melted.
