Crab Puff

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, sliced
• 6 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 lb crab, cleaned
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 3 scallions, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 line a greased pie dish with cheese slices.
• 3 beat together the eggs, milk, crab, chilis, scallions, salt and pepper. pour over cheese in pie dish.
• 4 bake 40-45 minutes or until just set in the center. cut into wedges.
