Ingredients

- 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 lb crab, cleaned
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 line a greased pie dish with cheese slices.
- 3 beat together the eggs, milk, crab, chilis, scallions, salt and pepper. pour over cheese in pie dish.
- 4 bake 40-45 minutes or until just set in the center. cut into wedges.
