Chicken-to-go-biscuits

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 blend margarine, flour and seasonings in saucepan.
  • 2 add milk, blending well.
  • 3 cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • 4 stir in chicken and cheese.
  • 5 press biscuits into 5-inch circles.
  • 6 top each with 1/4 cup chicken mixture.
  • 7 fold to enclose filling, sealing edges.
  • 8 place on baking sheet.
  • 9 bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
