Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts, de-boned
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 250 g puff pastry, rolled flat
Recipe
- 1 place the chicken flat on the rolled out puff pastry.
- 2 spread the cream cheese on top and then cover with the ham.
- 3 wrap the pastry over it and bake on a moderate oven for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
