Creamy Chicken Artichoke Bake

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and garlic in olive oil until clear and golden.
- 2 place onion mixture in large bowl.
- 3 add chicken, artichoke hearts, mayo, sour cream, wine, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
- 4 pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
- 5 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
