Creamy Chicken Artichoke Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion and garlic in olive oil until clear and golden.
  • 2 place onion mixture in large bowl.
  • 3 add chicken, artichoke hearts, mayo, sour cream, wine, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • 4 pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
