Crab Quiche

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 combine eggs, flour, mayo, and the half-and-half until well blended.
  • 2 add in onion and cheeses.
  • 3 fold in crab so as to not break up the meat.
  • 4 pour into the pie crust.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
