Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 combine eggs, flour, mayo, and the half-and-half until well blended.
- 2 add in onion and cheeses.
- 3 fold in crab so as to not break up the meat.
- 4 pour into the pie crust.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
