Brunch For A Bunch

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb hot bulk lamb sausage
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring to cumble; then drain.
  • 2 place the hash browns in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt.
  • 3 layer the sausage, cheese, and green pepper.
  • 4 combine eggs and milk, stirring well; pour on top of the other ingredients in the dish.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
