Ingredients

- 1 lb hot bulk lamb sausage
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring to cumble; then drain.
- 2 place the hash browns in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt.
- 3 layer the sausage, cheese, and green pepper.
- 4 combine eggs and milk, stirring well; pour on top of the other ingredients in the dish.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
