Ingredients

- 100 g wensleydale cheese with cranberries, sliced (deli)
- 8 slices streaky bacon
- 4 chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 190 degrees.
- 2 make a cut in the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket and fill with the cheese.
- 3 wrap each breast with two rashers of bacon.
- 4 put in an ovenproof dish and cook for 30 minutes.
- 5 serve with seasonal vegtables, if you like.
