Crab Puffs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 dozen wonton wrappers

Recipe

  • 1 in a small mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, crab meat, onions, and garlic. heat oil for deep frying to 350 f - 375°f.
  • 2 place about 1/2 teaspoon filling in center of wrapper. moisten edges with water, fold into triangle over filling, then pull two ends together and seal.
  • 3 deep fry a few at a time 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • 4 serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce work well.
