Broccoli With Garlic And Asiago

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into long, thin spears
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 lb asiago cheese, shaved with peeler

Recipe

  • 1 simmer broccoli in 1/2 inch boiling, salted water in a shallow, covered skillet for 6-7 minutes, until tender.
  • 2 drain broccoli and remove from pan.
  • 3 return pan to stove top over medium heat.
  • 4 add oil and garlic. saute for 3 minutes.
  • 5 add broccoli to skillet and coat with garlic oil.
  • 6 transfer broccoli to serving dish and granish with asiago cheese curls.
  • 7 enjoy!
